Gabrielle Aplin - New Single "My Mistake"

The singer, who rose to notoriety by releasing cover songs on YouTube and later signed a major record deal with Parlophone, has released a beautiful new single: "My Mistake". The emotional track is about mourning past transgressions in relationships - romantical or otherwise. "My Mistake" was co-written by Bucks Music Group author Seton Daunt together with Gabrielle Aplin, the phenomenal producer, songwriter and hitmaker Ash Howes and singer-songwriter Olivia Sebastianelli. Aplin says about the process: "I wrote it with 3 strangers who I now call friends. I arrived that day at Ash’s studio, and made it very clear to everyone that whilst I was there to write, I actually couldn’t that day. My brain was down pretty low and I couldn’t think of anything other than that. So we decided the best thing to try was to not try. To just write my thoughts out as blunt as they came and My Mistake appeared." Listen To "My Mistake" here.
