The Damn Truth release their self-titled fourth album, The Damn Truth, on March 14, 2025. The album was produced by the renowned Bob Rock, known for his work with artists like Mötley Crüe, The Offspring, and Bon Jovi.
Recorded over two months at Bryan Adams’ Warehouse Studios in Vancouver, this album marks a significant evolution in the band’s sound. Bob Rock’s involvement has introduced new layers to their music, pushing the band in all areas of playing and writing. Drummer Dave Traina noted that Rock focused more on lyrics and melody, having them play each song quietly with acoustic guitar and vocals before building the music around those focal points.
The album features tracks like “The Willow,” which carries a mystic, Zeppelin-esque vibe, and “Better This Way,” a song that showcases the band’s dynamic musicianship and masterful songwriting.
The Damn Truth has been actively touring over the past years, earning a reputation as a must-see live band. Their relentless touring schedule continues, with plans to return to Europe this year.
