I'm the one you have an affair with.
The one that gets stuck between your nerves, that hits you completely unexpectedly and that you try unsuccessfully to control. I am “Eternally this world” ("Ewig Diese Welt").
Safi weaves a magical, darkly shimmering, philosophical creation from between her fingers. Made up of lyrical fragments in which millions and millions of existences flash up, rattling together like galaxies, disentangling again and spitting out new stars in the process. Guitars and drums pile up explosions; they swell heavily over the horizon. Safi lures, calls, admonishes and invokes the elemental force of pure being - raw, big, beautiful.
“Ewig diese Welt” was recorded live and produced by Moses Schneider. The session video was produced live by Nanni Johansson and Frida Johansson, directed by Jacob Letz and Safi.

SAFI's third studio album was produced by Berlin sound creator Moses Schneider. (Tocotronic, Ätna, and many more). “Natural vocal distortion - cool shit!” It's all about pure energy. The tracks were played, sung and recorded live in real time at Hansa Studios Berlin. With a love for the noise that emerges from conventional sound attitudes, the potential was mapped without cymbals, without fingering patterns and imposed schemes. Instead, with the help of prepared instruments and a metal sheet from the scrapyard. Guests of the noise community include Dennis Lyxzén (Refused), Sebastian Madsen (Madsen) and Rummelsnuff. “The way Safi creates music is beyond anything I heard in a very long time.” (Dennis Lyxzén)
