SAFI - New Single "Ich Will Ein Leben"
German postpunk and avantgarde artist releases first single from her upcoming album "Groteske".

SAFI thoroughly questions the idea that one "cannot simply be simple" with her abrasive, brash, and prickly track comprised of drums, bass, noises, synths, and, above all, SAFI's raw, velvety-hoarse nearly bony voice.
She dissects the personified dilemma in a plain-spoken dialogue and exposes it as an absurd construct of societal conventions that is already self-destructing. The fiercely demanding track was recorded live and produced by Moses Schneider. John Bock directed the video.
Moreover, Jan Böhmermann and Olli Schulz talked about "Ich Will Ein Leben" in their popular podcast 'Fest & Flauschig' and included the track in their handpicked playlist 'Fidi & Bumsi' (345k saves).
