F.GOD - new album "A Lever Long Enough"

Experimental electronica artist F.GOD releases his debut album

April 21, 2023

"A Lever Long Enough" is an album that was written in just two weeks, as a defiant act against critique and self-sabotage. It explores the delicate balance between modern life and nature, and the transformative power of pushing oneself past their limits and into new territory.

The album takes its name from the famous Archimedes quote, "Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum to place it, and I shall move the world." In this case, the album itself is seen as a lever, capable of moving the world spiritually or emotionally rather than physically. The structure of the album mirrors that of a lever, with "A Fulcrum (To Place It)" acting as a bridge between the two halves, and "I Shall Move The World" serving as a nostalgically charged emotional catharsis that leads into the unknown territory of the closing tracks.

Although the music on the album has a mechanical and ethereal quality, F.GOD draws inspiration from the mechanics of nature.
