3 Sekunden Island – Album release date and new video for "Blau"

Today 3 Sekunden Island releases the video for his second single „Blau feat. Ósk“ (digital release: 11.05.2018). In his first video for „Polarlicht“ Thomas took us on the journey to Trollunga, one of Norway’s most spectacular rock formations. With „Blau“ the journey leads to the Atlantic coast, into the wonderful Basque Country.

Thomas explains:
"For a long time I wondered, which story does justice to the song „Blau“. Then Meco crossed my mind, who I saw in a surf movie some years ago. A man who surfs every day despite his old age of 77. His story in connection with his grandson suited perfectly to „Blau“. Sometimes there are stages in life in which the ground beneath your feet seems to disappear and you seem to lose control. A higher power blows through your life like a wind and lets you realize that we do not have influence on some events. In such a stage in my life I wrote the song „Blau“ last year."
